Unconference Session on Social Media at NASSCOM, Bangalore

As part of the NASSCOM Friday’s 2.0 sessions,  I am hosting an un-conference session along with Prem Kumar Aparanji who leads the Social CRM initiatives at Cognizant Technology Solutions on 16th Oct ‘09 in Bangalore at Hotel
Leela Palace.

The overall session discussion will be around - How audience think social media is affecting their organizations from the inside (New Business Opportunities, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, KM & Collaboration, etc.) to make them leverage it to be more customer centric & thus get business benefits. The discussions will question as to whether social media is really cost-effective or low-cost method compared to other traditional channels?, What is the minimal social strategy that businesses/start-ups can focus on? to get started in the new social world of “conversations”, “relationships” and “communities”.

The session will also focus on long-term benefits of using Social Media in any ( B2C or B2B) business instead of just using it as another online marketing platform to generate links, attention and drive traffic”.

You can find more details of this session here, If interested, then do please send your request to bangalore@nasscom.in.
