What happened on social web when NASSCOM Product Conclave - 2009 was LIVE?

Here is a presentation I have done on analyzing the conversations around NASSCOM Product Conclave during the event. What is really interesting to see is organizations like NASSCOM are opening up to Social Media and they have created vibrant communities on different social platforms. Pretty soon, I will be releasing a case study document on “What worked for NASSCOM in Social Media?“. For now enjoy reading this presentation to understand how to collect the feedback from audience attending conferences using social web channels like Twitter.
